Pollyanna McIntosh
Pollyanna McIntosh was born in Portugal
and Colombia However, she later returned to Scotland and began to perform on
stage at The Edinburgh Festival. She relocated to London at the age of 16 and
soon began to get involved in independent filmmaking. Her first job that was
paid was working as a stoner in Irvine Welsh's The Acid House (1998). She also
performed as an actor and director in the theatre. In 2004, she relocated to
Los Angeles to direct "The Woolgatherer" which was a stage play in which
Anne Dudek (a regular guest on Mad Men (2007)/Big Love (2006)) was the
director. The play received rave reviews. In Headspace (2005) the actress got
her first US film role as "Stacy" as a manipulative and a born-again
Christian. The role was later recast in the role of "Thumper Wint", a
wild, born-again Christian in Sex and Death 101 (2006) (Simon Baker/Winona
Rider) in Heathers (1988). The reviewers were impressed by her distinctive
combination of powerful sexuality and irreverent humor. Exam (2009) was a film
that was filming in London and LA and was her subsequent film. It was nominated
for Outstanding British Debut by the BAFTA and was awarded the Santa Barbara
Film Festival's Best Independent Award. The film's critics were awed by
Pollyanna's ability to "emotionally vulnerable" her strong, confident
character. GQ stated that Pollyanna McIntosh, an outstanding actor is

Don't Like it! She is Trevor Lock, a disgruntled Brit comedian. She is fluent in
Spanish throughout the film, that was made in Peru. John Landis directed Burke
