Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols was the daughter of Alison Nichols and James Nichols. She was born in Augusta Maine. Nichols is French Canadian and English descent. Following her modeling career her career, she forged a lucrative career with high-profile companies like Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch, and L'Oreal. Rachel was able to move into acting by landing a role in the HBO situation comedy Sex and the City (1998) at her very first audition. Her film debut came in the role of Jessica Matthews in the prequel Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003). Success continued with appearances in such films like The Amityville Horror (2005), The Inside (2005), Alias (2001), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009), Criminal Minds (2005) (a regular role as FBI Agent Ashley Seaver) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University, where she obtained a double degree in economics and maths. was her leading part as Kiera Cameron (police officer), on the science-fiction series Continuum (2012).
